Every van starts with a custom built steel cabinet structure, engineered for strength, durability, and long-term reliability. Rather than relying on traditional wood framing and screws, we integrate aluminum reinforcement points exactly where the cabinetry mounts, then securely bolt the structure directly to the van’s factory frame.

With approximately 300 pounds of steel integrated into each build, the result is a rigid, exceptionally durable foundation designed to withstand years of real-world use. Unlike wood-framed cabinetry, which can loosen, warp, or develop rattles over time, our steel-framed construction is built to stay solid, secure, and quiet mile after mile.

There’s no menu of predetermined floor plans and no design fee standing between you and the build you actually want. Every project begins with a conversation about how you travel, what you carry, where you go, and how you want the van to function in your everyday life.

From there, we develop the layout and design around those needs. Every component, from seating and sleeping arrangements to storage, electrical systems, kitchen layouts, and finishes, is selected and positioned with a purpose. The result is a van that feels intentional from the first step inside, because every part of it was designed specifically for the way you use it.

Our average build time is approximately three months, allowing us to take the time necessary to properly design, fabricate, and finish each van without sacrificing the quality of the final product.
